We have recently opened this beautiful wedding & event venue. It has a Mid century modern feel with a touch of rustic, and we can tailor our services to meet any needs. With the rolling hills and tree line in the outdoor space and the warmth of the indoor space, it is a perfect venue for any style event. Our wedding & event planning company has now been in business for 30 plus years, bringing that experience to your day is like no other. We offer an all inclusive option for your entire day’s needs to help relieve the stress of planning and the burden on the bank account. FAQ

How long can I rent the venue?

Standard rental is for 12 hours; if you feel that you need more time you can rent the venue for $200/hr

Are outdoor venues available?

Yes

Is there a ceremony area outdoors?

Yes, we even offer the cities only waterfall feature nestled in our wooded area,as well as, many other areas in our private park.

What is the fee for outdoor rentals?

Standard Area-$200 flat fee (includes cleaning before and after event)

Waterfall/Lit Rocked Area-$500

Do tables and chairs come with the venue?

Yes; for indoor seating we have 130 chairs available ; 12 round tables, 1 8ft table and 5 6ft tables,4 cocktail tables.

Can we book the venue for more than one evening?

Absolutely! We will even give you a $500 discount for any additional days

Is a kitchen available?

Yes; we have a fully functional kitchen PLUS we offer our own catering services

Can I cater my own event?

Yes, there is a $150 fee for the kitchen if you choose to not use our catering

Is there a dance floor?

Yes we offer the state’s only LED Dancefloor-a must have for any dancing event!!

Can I bring in outside vendors?

Yes, your day… your way! We even have a list of preferred vendors for you to view. However, you will find that our package pricing is competitive and we are sure you will just want to use our services!

Yes! We want everyone to be able to enjoy your big day! We have 2 entrances available that are accessible

Is there a sound system?

Yes! Our sound system rents for $175 and includes 2 massive speakers, wireless microphones, and a 75” tv

Are there any additional fees required?

We require wedding day insurance; we handle the policy it is a $200

What does wedding insurance include?

This includes a liquor liability plus an accidental damage in or around the venue

What makes the Belknap so special?

Were so glad you asked! Our special features include a rich history, a 25 acre park, private second floor, in house bar, brick inlaid flooring, exposed rock walls, exposed rustic ceiling, dimmed lighting available, sound system, 2 working fire places, each floor has its own heating/ AC

Well of course! We offer several colors and styles, and a complimentary 30 minute consultation.

We are part of the non profit, the North Oldham Lion’s Club, and we give back to them for the fund raising purposes.

There were so many compliments from friends and family how perfect and lovely the ceremony and reception was. They raved about the food and the how pretty the venue is. Glenn, his wife and the rest of the staff were great to work with and didn’t sweat any last minute changes. I would definitely recommend this venue and services. Being a wedding coordinator/ party planner myself, I was very impressed with how everything was presented. If you want a place that is all inclusive, this is definitely the place. The food, cake, decor, bartender, the photographer; Dalton was great and he got all the best shots, and Glenn(entertainment)was amazing! All of my guests commented on how good the food, dessert and drinks were( bartender was awesome!)and how much fun they had on and off the dance floor! Everyone had an amazing time and said it was definitely “one for the books” and one of the best parties they had been to! Thanks so much to the entire staff at The Belknap! It was definitely a memorable 50th birthday!
